Certified life and business transformation coach, speaker. Through her own journey with ADHD, perimenopause, and living with a rare disease she has learned some things. She has learned how to build a business rooted in faith, alignment and peace. She guides women to grow without sacrificing themselves or the life God has created for them.
She has walked this road, and created a gentler one for you.
She knows what it's like to love your calling and still have to lead with intention because of your body, your mind, or the season you're in. She lives with ADHD, navigates perimenopause, and has built her business while managing a rare chronic illness. That journey has taught her resilience, grit, and determination.
It has also taught her the power of surrender.
She's lived the overwhelm. She's lived the pressure. She's lived the moments where everything looked fine on the outside but felt heavy on the inside. She has also hit the burn out wall hard.
Everything shifted when she stopped trying to be the CEO of everything and allowed God to lead her life and business. Not from a place of giving up, but from a place of trust.
